We do not hestitate to call ProCleaner X100 the ultimate wash robot. ProCleaner X100 was developed and tested over a period of 7 years and is described by our customers as “...an efficient and reliable help in our day-to-day work”.
ProCleaner X100 is a powerful, flexible and reliable wash robot for cleaning the vast majority of types of pig house. The machine is simple in its construction but houses an effective, high-tech wash robot that is able to cope with even the biggest jobs.
The wash robot is built on 4 wheels and is 69 cm wide and 115 cm in length. X100 can be moved sideways by an adjustable side wheel that runs up the side of the fixtures and makes sure it keeps going in the right direction. The machine has an ultrasound sensor which ensures that the machine stops when it reaches a wall.
ProCleaner X100 can be programmed to run both a soaking programme and several different types of wash. The machine is connected via the existing high-pressure system by means of standard high-pressure hoses and requires a water volume of a minimum of 30 litres per minute.

The ProCleaner X100 and XT100 are easily programmed and started from the colour screen with touch function. The user interface is made intuitively for easy programming and day-to-day use. The terminal originates from the shipping industry and ensures high quality.
Multi-function power point
On the side of the wash robot there is a multi-function power point with 3 functions:
- It de-pressurises the wash-robot when it is disconnected.
- It can be used as an extension hose for the high pressure cleaner.
- It can be used to back-rinse the high pressure filter on the wash robot
Specially developed hose reel
A specially developed hose reel with a combi-hose (water in one side and power (230v) in the other) is automatically rolled out when the robot is in progress. When the robot is run backwards, the hose is reeled in using a lever and a hose on an automatic winding device ensures that the hose is rolled up neatly.
Mobile and easy to store
When the wash robot is not being used, the side arms can be stored easily in the brackets on the side of the robot so that they do not take up any more space than is necessary, when you have to move the wash robot.
